Total Tennis Training Waiver Agreement

I acknowledge that Total Tennis Training employs a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private instruction, or I will be charged the full amount for the session. I understand the risks inherent in playing the sport of tennis, and in no way find Total Tennis Training liable for any and all injuries that may occur during my participation. I acknowledge that private lessons, clinics, and classes must be paid for at the time of my participation.

Total Tennis Training employs a 48-hour rescheduling policy for all clinics. If you cannot attend your scheduled clinic date and could not reschedule, you can send a substitute player in your place if they sign the waiver below.
